1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 1eers platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager or bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with any documents incorporated by reference, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the 1eers platform and, if applicable, close your Account.

3 Eligibility & Age Requirements

Access to and use of the 1eers platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Access to 1eers by individuals under 21 is strictly prohibited without exception.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of or accessing from a Prohibited Jurisdiction as defined by 1eers at its sole discretion.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, including any self-exclusion applied on the 1eers platform.
• You must not be an employee, director, or contractor of 1eers or any of its affiliated companies, or an immediate family member of such persons.

4 Account Registration & Verification

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered Account on the 1eers platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or fraudulent Accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

4.1 Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during the registration process, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You agree to keep this information current and promptly update your Account details if any information changes.

4.2 KYC Verification

Before processing any withdrawal, and at any other time at 1eers's reasonable discretion, we may require you to complete our KYC verification process. This may include submission of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identification (Pakistani CNIC, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official letter dated within 90 days);
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank account registered in your name);
• Any additional documentation reasonably requested by our compliance team.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal rights or Account closure. 1eers will not be liable for any resulting delays in payment.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. All activity conducted through your Account will be your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify 1eers support immediately.

5 Deposits & Payment Methods

1eers accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank transfer, UBL Bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and credit or debit cards where supported. 1eers reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

5.1 Deposit Conditions

• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and may vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed on the Cashier page of your Account.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited to your 1eers Real Money Balance instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to process.
• 1eers does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which 1eers accepts no responsibility.
• All deposited funds are held in a segregated player funds account, separate from 1eers operational funds.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your 1eers Account are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits, subject to availability. This is a standard anti-money laundering requirement.
• Withdrawals are processed within twenty-four (24) hours for fully verified Accounts. Actual receipt times depend on your payment provider.
• 1eers reserves the right to delay withdrawals for additional verification in circumstances where fraud, money laundering, or suspicious activity is suspected.
• Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until all applicable Wagering Requirements have been fully met.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed on the Cashier page. Requests below the minimum will be declined.
• 1eers does not accept liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems, or mobile wallet networks.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by 1eers are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the promotion. The following general conditions apply to all 1eers promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Each bonus offer is available once per eligible Player, per household, and per payment method unless stated otherwise.
• Bonus Funds are credited separately from Real Money Balance. Real Money Balance is wagered first, followed by Bonus Funds.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within the stated validity period. Bonus Funds that expire unused are forfeited.
• 1eers reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time. Players with active bonus wagering at the time of modification will not be retroactively affected.
• Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate bonus structures — including through the creation of multiple Accounts — will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount must be wagered before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires PKR 30,000 in total bets to be placed before withdrawal. Different game categories contribute differently to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate. Specific contribution rates are published on each promotion's detail page.

8 Gameplay & Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all games and betting activities on the 1eers platform. Specific rules for each game type or sports market are published within the respective game or market pages.

• All casino games use independently certified Random Number Generation (RNG) and are subject to regular third-party auditing to ensure fairness.
• Live casino games are operated by licensed live dealer studios using real cards, real roulette wheels, and real game show equipment. Results are determined by physical outcomes in real time.
• Sports betting outcomes are settled according to the official results declared by the relevant governing body. For cricket markets, this includes PSL, PCB, ICC, and other recognised cricket authorities.
• 1eers reserves the right to void bets in cases of manifest error, technical failure, or where there is evidence of market manipulation.
• Bets placed after an event has commenced or after a result is known (late betting) will be voided.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game or betting event, 1eers will use its reasonable discretion to determine appropriate resolution. This may include bet settlement at the last confirmed game state.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets. These are displayed within each game and market interface.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 1eers platform. Any breach may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during your use of the platform;
• Creating more than one Account, or creating Accounts on behalf of others;
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds obtained through unlawful means;
• Exploiting software bugs, vulnerabilities, or errors to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using automated betting tools, bots, scripts, or any mechanical assistance to place bets;
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes;
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including pattern betting designed to guarantee profit while meeting wagering requirements;
• Using a VPN, proxy, or similar tool to circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 1eers staff or other users;
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

10 Suspension & Termination

1eers reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving a breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud, money laundering, or failure to complete KYC verification.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 1eers reserves the right to withhold any funds held in the Account pending investigation. Where fraud or criminal conduct is confirmed, all funds may be forfeited and the matter referred to relevant authorities.

Players wishing to close their own Account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting 1eers support. Self-exclusion options are also available under the Responsible Gaming tools in your Account settings. Upon voluntary closure, Real Money Balances will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to KYC completion.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1eers's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the date of the claim.

1eers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming sessions arising from:

• Interruptions or downtime of the platform, whether scheduled or unscheduled;
• Technical failures, network outages, or third-party service disruptions;
• Unauthorised access to your Account where 1eers has complied with its security obligations;
• Delays in payment processing by third-party payment providers, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or banking institutions;
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or civil unrest.

12 Responsible Gaming

1eers is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. The platform provides the following tools to all players, accessible directly from Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits on your Account.
• Session Time Limits: Configure maximum session durations with mandatory break reminders.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds over daily, weekly, or monthly periods.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Take a temporary break of 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent exclusion from the 1eers platform. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications during active play sessions reminding you of session duration and activity.

13 Intellectual Property

All content on the 1eers platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, and audio — is the property of 1eers or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes only.

You must not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any 1eers content without prior written authorisation from 1eers. Unauthorised use of 1eers intellectual property may result in legal action.

14 Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, use, and storage of your personal data by 1eers is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the 1eers platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

1eers collects only the data necessary for account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, payment processing, and the provision of the gaming services. 15 Disputes & Governing Law

In the event of any dispute relating to your Account, a specific bet, withdrawal, or any other matter covered by these Terms, you should contact 1eers support in the first instance. Our support team will endeavour to resolve your complaint within five (5) business days.

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through first-line support, you may escalate the matter to 1eers's formal dispute resolution process by submitting a written complaint to our compliance team via the contact details provided in Section 17.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations applicable to 1eers's operating licence. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

16 Amendments to Terms

1eers reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or prominent notice on the 1eers platform at least fourteen (14) days before taking effect, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the 1eers platform following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and request Account closure before the updated Terms take effect.
